Account Coordinator

Financial Services | Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

The main purpose of this position is to ensure client satisfaction with assigned elements of Bond Brand Loyalty project implementation and delivery; contribute to the growth of assigned accounts as directed and enthusiastically embrace the day-to-day elements of client programs as assigned.

A typical day in this role might include: 

  • Supporting the development, planning and management of critical paths and timelines to ensure delivery deadlines are being met
  • Supporting proposal development and development of project budgets
  • Working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and schedule projects, teams and client meetings
  • Developing documents using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Communicating with clients over the phone or by email
  • Participating in client meetings and taking minutes
  • Working hard and having lots of fun along the way
