Account Coordinator

Our fast-paced and dynamic team is looking for an ambitious Account Coordinator to support one of our core automotive accounts. Your focus will be ensuring the highest level of support and execution on current programs, all the while continuing to ensure the bond with our client grows deeper with each interaction.

 A typical day in this role might include:

  • Nurturing client relationships through collaborative problem solving
  • Supporting the development, planning and management of critical paths and timelines to ensure delivery deadlines are being met. Consistently following through on action items
  • Monitoring analytics to measure program performance and ROI
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the client's business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, strategies, sector, etc.
  • Wearing multiple hats and juggling priorities
  • Administrative duties such as contact reports, status reports and updating project timelines
  • Working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and schedule projects, teams and client meetings
  • Communicating with Dealers or clients over the phone or by email
  • Working hard and having lots of fun along the way
