 A typical day in this role might include: 

  • Project managing Customer Experience projects through planning and delivery; from creating and managing project plans, managing timelines and budget, flawless implementation,  and supporting the debrief ensuring ongoing innovation and improvement
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams ranging from creative to digital solutions ensuring all timelines are being met and leading the team to a successful project delivery
  • Closely managing the financials of your projects
  • Building a great relationship with our clients, providing status updates and constantly communicating with them
  • Owning and being responsible for every element of the project

  • I have at least three years of professional experience managing successful digital/design/learning projects and a post secondary degree
  • I’m talented with most Microsoft software and have experience working with project management tools
  • Pass the headbands, ‘cause I sweat the details'

  • I’m big into asking questions and looking for new ways to grow
  • I thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
