Trisha Mauro-Barnett

Trisha leads the People and Values team at Bond. She is a champion of Bond’s culture and values, creating conditions of success for our leaders and team members. Acknowledged as a proven leader in establishing collaborative partnerships with the ability to undertake multi-dimensional projects with a confident, dependable, data driven results approach. Trisha is recognized as a servant leader, systems thinker and coach that puts the employee experience first.

She is a heart-centered HR leader with 20 years of experience working across multiple industries including technology and healthcare. She most recently served as a member of the Senior Talent Leadership team for Shopify, a leading global commerce company. Before that, she held senior HR management positions with Sun Life Financial, BlackBerry and Descartes Systems Group.
